Location: Orlando, FL (On-site 4 days/week)
Division: In-House Creative Agency – Marketing & Sales
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our in-house creative agency focused on marketing and sales. This contract position will be integral in shaping our visual communication strategies and elevating our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to produce impactful campaigns and materials.
• Conceptualize and design a range of assets, including print, digital, and social media content that drive engagement and conversion.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously innovate and inspire.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, with a focus on marketing and sales.
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution and brand development.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
