Location: Orlando, FL (On-site 4 days/week)
Division: In-House Creative Agency
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our in-house creative agency specializing in Marketing and Sales. This role is perfect for a creative visionary who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering innovative design solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction for marketing and sales projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, copywriters, and digital designers, to develop compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Present ideas and creative concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind design choices.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative output remains fresh and engaging.
• Manage timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
