- Responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of creative projects, ensuring that designs align with the brand’s vision and objectives. This role involves managing design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with other creative professionals, and maintaining high standards of visual quality and consistency across all media.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling and effective visual designs, in collaboration with Copywriters when needed.
- Lead the design process, including conceptualization, layout, and final production. Ensure that all visual materials are aesthetically pleasing, on-brand, and meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and successful delivery. Oversee the production process, including print and digital outputs.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and other team members. Provide constructive feedback and support to help them develop their skills and achieve project goals.
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creatives to integrate design elements with content. Ensure cohesive and effective visual communication across all project components.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Or Advanced degrees or certifications in creative leadership are a plus.
