Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Property Management Specialist to lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing programs, advertising initiatives, and property enhancements. This role requires a strategic thinker with at least five years of experience in retail property management and marketing, preferably within an enclosed mall setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with property management teams to identify opportunities for property improvements and enhancements.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing initiatives and property decisions.
• Engage with tenants to support their marketing efforts and create a collaborative environment within the mall.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve goals.
• Act as a self-starter, proactively identifying and pursuing new marketing opportunities to maximize property potential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in retail property management and marketing, with a preference for candidates with experience in an enclosed mall environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
