Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Delinquent Payments Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing delinquent accounts while simultaneously supporting our leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage delinquent payments, including follow-ups and communication with residents.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize late payments and enhance cash flow.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure timely collection of rent and promote leasing incentives.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns aimed at attracting prospective residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any billing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and analyze reports on delinquent payments and payment trends to inform management decisions.
• Support team efforts in organizing events and activities that enhance community engagement and resident satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts receivable, property management, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. A background in marketing and a passion for creating a welcoming community are highly desirable.
