Job description: The Assistant Community Manager position is responsible for managing delinquent accounts within the community, working closely with residents to ensure payments are made in a timely manner. In addition, this role will also support leasing and marketing efforts to attract new residents to the community. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who is able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
