Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community team. This role involves utilizing effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and increase occupancy rates. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing the property to prospective residents, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to existing residents. The Leasing Consultant must exhibit strong closing ratios in regards to phone and walk-in traffic, adhering to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant will be responsible for keeping all online marketing sources up to date and promoting positive resident experiences.
