Job Description: Property Management Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Property Management Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative activities, marketing strategies, budgeting, property maintenance, human resource management, as well as leasing and home sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Activities:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient administrative support for the property management team.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties under management.
  2. Marketing:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and buyers.
    • Create engaging content for online platforms, including property listings and social media promotions.
  3. Budgeting:

    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of property budgets and financial reports.
    • Track income and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
  4. Property Maintenance:

    • Oversee routine and emergency maintenance services, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements.
  5. Human Resource Management:

    • Support the recruitment, training, and development of property management staff.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to company policies.
  6. Leasing and Home Sales:

    • Manage the leasing process, including property showings, application processing, and lease agreements.
    • Facilitate home sales transactions, from marketing properties to negotiating offers and closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
