We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee a wide range of activities essential to our property management business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across various functions, including:

• Administrative Activities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations. This includes maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting the executive team.

• Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our properties and services. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising methods to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.

• Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for property maintenance, marketing campaigns, and other operational expenses. Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide insightful reports to guide decision-making.

• Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of properties, ensuring they are well-kept and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules in collaboration with contractors and service providers.

• Human Resource Management: Manage hiring, training, and development of staff. Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Leasing and Home Sales: Facilitate the leasing process by managing property showings, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. Assist in home sales processes, providing excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in real estate operations, along with knowledge in marketing and budgeting, will be highly regarded.
