Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Leasing Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our leasing operations. You will also assist with marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants and enhance community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing support to current and potential residents in a friendly and professional manner.

• Leasing Support: Assist in the leasing process by conducting property tours, providing information about available units, and facilitating the application process. Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

• Marketing Assistance: Support marketing initiatives by helping to create promotional materials, managing online listings, and participating in community outreach activities to drive interest in available units.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leases, and customer interactions. Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth operations within the leasing office.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leasing and marketing teams to implement strategies aimed at achieving occupancy goals. Contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and improve leasing processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or leasing is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in office software and marketing tools is beneficial.
