We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport as our Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue and enhancing brand visibility for our premier hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to create and implement strategic sales plans that align with the hotel’s goals and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Support and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring exceptional customer service and client relations.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to enhance brand recognition and attract new clientele.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and local businesses to establish the hotel as a preferred venue for events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.
