Key Responsibilities:

• Career Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling to individuals seeking to improve their career prospects, including assistance with resume writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring high standards of product quality and participant satisfaction.
• Cost Control: Develop budgets for educational programs and initiatives, focusing on effective cost management to maximize overall profitability.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote educational offerings and attract potential participants.
• Systems Management: Utilize and manage systems effectively to track participant progress and program outcomes, ensuring data is readily accessible for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in program development and implementation related to education and career progression.
• Proven ability to teach or facilitate learning in English language and digital literacy.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and profitability management in educational settings.
• Excellent marketing and communication skills to effectively engage target audiences.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and data management systems.
