In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the community’s visibility and appeal by conducting outreach marketing efforts focused on surrounding or competing properties. Your creative approach in promoting our unique offerings will attract potential residents and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and develop outreach marketing strategies aimed at neighboring properties.
• Create engaging promotional materials and campaigns to attract prospective residents.
• Develop and implement ongoing resident retention programs designed to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with property management to identify opportunities for improvement based on resident feedback.
• Organize community events and activities that foster a sense of belonging and community engagement among residents.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and retention programs, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with residents and stakeholders.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and market trends.
