   • Maintain a consistent attendance record and punctuality to ensure adequate store coverage and support operations.

3. Transportation:

   • Facilitate safe and reliable transportation options for employees to and from work, ensuring all staff arrive on time.

4. Store Cleanliness:

   • Uphold a tidy and organized store environment by regularly cleaning and maintaining the sales floor, restrooms, and backroom areas.

5. Marketing:

   • Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.
   • Participate in creating promotional displays and engaging with customers about current offers.

6. Profitability:

   • Analyze sales data and contribute ideas to improve store profitability.
   • Collaborate with the management team to identify cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Help assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Embrace other duties as assigned to support store operations and team dynamics.
