• Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, fostering a reliable and committed work environment.

• Transportation Coordination: Oversee transportation arrangements for staff to and from work, ensuring timely and efficient travel options.

• Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote store offerings, boost visibility, and attract new customers. Utilize social media and other platforms to engage with the community.

• Profitability Focus: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to enhance profitability. Work alongside the management team to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:
