Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is designed for a proactive individual who excels in service and is committed to maintaining high standards in various operational aspects, including attendance and punctuality, transportation logistics, store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Excellence:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  2. Attendance & Punctuality:

    • Monitor employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
    • Promote a culture of punctuality and accountability among team members.
  3. Transportation Logistics:

    • Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees to and from work.
    • Ensure timely arrival of staff to maximize operational efficiency.
  4. Store Cleanliness:

    • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized store environment.
    • Implement and enforce cleanliness standards among team members.
  5. Marketing Initiatives:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
    • Help in creating attractive displays and strategies to drive foot traffic.
  6. Profitability Analysis:

    • Assist in monitoring sales performance and operational costs.
    • Identify opportunities for enhancing profitability through efficient practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service delivery and operational practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to enhance store performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and financial acumen preferred.
