Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Excellence:

   • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
   • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

2. Attendance & Punctuality:

   • Maintain a reliable attendance record and ensure punctuality for all shifts.
   • Support scheduling logistics to optimize team performance.

3. Transportation Coordination:

   • Organize and oversee transportation arrangements for staff commuting to and from work, ensuring timely arrival.

4. Store Cleanliness:

   • Uphold rigorous cleanliness standards within the store environment.
   • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate cleaning schedules.

5. Marketing Initiatives:

   • Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
   • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and visibility.

6. Profitability Monitoring:

   • Assist in tracking sales performance and operational costs to ensure profitability.
   • Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions to enhance financial performance.

7. Additional Responsibilities:

   • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to foster a collaborative work environment.
   • Support special projects and initiatives as needed to achieve store goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in retail operations, marketing, or customer service preferred.
