Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility while contributing to our overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on service excellence, attendance and punctuality, and transportation logistics, in addition to a keen sense for marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Excellence:

    • Foster a customer-first attitude throughout the team.
    • Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Attendance & Punctuality:

    • Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, ensuring high standards are maintained.
    • Implement strategies to improve and maintain staff reliability.
  3. Transportation Logistics:

    • Coordinate transportation to and from work for employees, ensuring a smooth and reliable service.
    • Develop and manage transportation schedules to optimize efficiency.
  4. Store Cleanliness:

    • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
    • Lead regular inspections and oversee cleaning schedules.
  5. Marketing Initiatives:

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to boost store visibility and sales.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  6. Profitability:

    • Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality service.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support team training and development programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding operational improvements.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in a retail or service-oriented environment preferred.
