Key Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Ensure a high standard of customer service by training and supervising staff while addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor and manage staff attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth store operations. Implement strategies to promote a reliable workforce.

• Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage transportation logistics for staff to and from the workplace, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

• Store Cleanliness: Uphold rigorous cleanliness and organization standards within the store, promoting a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies that drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility.

• Profitability Management: Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability through cost-effective practices and enhanced customer engagement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of sales strategies and target achievement.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Background in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing practices and profitability analysis is a plus.
