• Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor and promote staff attendance and punctuality, fostering a culture of reliability and dependability within the team.

• Transportation Coordination: Manage transportation logistics for staff commuting to and from work, ensuring timely arrivals and departures and maximizing employee satisfaction.

• Store Cleanliness: Oversee store cleanliness and organization, maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and adhering to health and safety standards.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies, drive brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

• Profitability Management: Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation, working towards maximizing store profitability.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting and training new staff to ensure they align with company values.
• Conduct regular assessments of store operations and customer feedback to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate events and community engagement activities to bolster local presence and drive traffic to the store.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in retail operations or customer service preferred
