As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations while promoting a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various vital areas, including:

  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by training staff and maintaining high service standards. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor and manage staff attendance to ensure adequate coverage and productivity. Implement policies that promote punctuality and accountability.

  • Transportation Coordination: Organize and oversee transportation logistics for team members commuting to and from work, ensuring reliable and efficient access for all employees.

  • Store Cleanliness: Uphold a clean and welcoming store environment. Implement regular cleaning schedules and safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards.

  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost store visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and events that engage the community.

  • Profitability Management: Analyze sales data and operational costs to identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with management to enhance profitability through strategic planning and resource allocation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
