• Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, ensuring that all shifts are covered and operations run smoothly.

• Transportation to/from Work: Support and coordinate employee transportation needs to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

• Store Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store, promoting a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

• Marketing: Assist in implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This includes promotional displays, in-store events, and social media outreach.

• Profitability: Monitor sales and expenditure to help achieve store profitability goals. Collaborate with management to identify and implement cost-efficient practices.
