The ideal candidate will have strong skills in attendance, punctuality, and transportation logistics, as well as a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Management: Ensure exceptional service delivery by overseeing daily operations, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering a positive shopping environment.

• Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor staff attendance and punctuality to maintain a reliable workforce, implementing strategies to enhance team reliability and morale.

• Transportation Coordination: Manage transportation logistics for employees, ensuring safe and timely commuting to and from work, while addressing any transportation challenges.

• Store Cleanliness: Uphold high standards of store cleanliness and organization by conducting regular inspections and collaborating with the housekeeping staff to ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere.

• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote store offerings, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer traffic. Analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement.

• Profitability Focus: Collaborate with management to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement, actively contributing to the overall profitability of the store.
