The ideal candidate will also prioritize store cleanliness, implement effective marketing strategies, and contribute to the overall profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

• Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, implementing strategies to maintain workforce reliability and encourage a positive work culture.

• Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage transportation options for employees to ensure timely arrival and departure, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

• Store Cleanliness: Uphold a pristine store environment by overseeing cleanliness practices, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards.

• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and promote special events and promotions.

• Profitability Focus: Analyze sales data and store performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth; collaborate with management to implement best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in staff training and development to enhance team performance and service delivery.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management and product displays to optimize sales.
• Regularly assess customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
