• Transportation Coordination: Manage transportation logistics for employees commuting to and from work, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Store Cleanliness: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store, promoting a safe and inviting atmosphere for customers and staff.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, drive product visibility, and enhance customer engagement.
• Profitability Analysis: Monitor and assess store performance metrics, contributing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support store initiatives.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Support inventory management and sales forecasting to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
