Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing service quality, ensuring attendance and punctuality, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. This role combines operational excellence with a strong marketing component to drive profitability and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor and manage staff attendance, ensuring all team members are present and punctual to maintain optimal service levels.
• Transportation Coordination: Facilitate and manage transportation arrangements for team members, ensuring timely arrivals and departures from the store.
• Store Cleanliness: Uphold store cleanliness standards, conducting regular inspections and coordinating cleaning efforts to provide an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings and enhance brand visibility in the community.
• Profitability Management: Monitor sales performance and contribute to operational strategies aimed at increasing store profitability through effective cost management and sales techniques.
• Additional Duties: Assist with inventory management, staff training, and other operational tasks as necessary to support overall store success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to drive marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
