Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities and ensure the success of our retail environment. This role requires a strong focus on service quality, attendance, punctuality, and overall store cleanliness, while also driving marketing initiatives and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff to meet or exceed service standards. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor employee attendance and punctuality; implement strategies to improve staff reliability and performance.

  • Transportation: Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for staff to ensure a smooth commute to and from work, fostering a reliable workforce.

  • Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that meets company standards and enhances the customer shopping experience.

  • Marketing: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote in-store events and special promotions.

  • Profitability: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth. Implement cost-control measures to maintain and improve profitability.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Lead team meetings and training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community members to boost store visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
