Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Rent Collection Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services, including advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and publication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategies: Create and execute innovative marketing plans that drive engagement and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.

  • Advertising: Develop targeted advertising initiatives across various platforms, including social media, print, and digital channels. Monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Promotions: Design promotional events and offerings to boost customer interest and drive sales. Assess the effectiveness of these initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Publications: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively convey our value proposition.

  • Rent Collection Management: Responsible for managing rent collections, ensuring timely payment from tenants. Issue late notices and follow established protocols for overdue accounts.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding rent-related inquiries and concerns, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a professional and responsive approach.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and rent collection statuses, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in property management or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
