Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandising and Marketing Assistant to support the implementation of our merchandising and marketing programs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our promotional initiatives run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of merchandising displays and marketing programs to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of branding and promotional messaging.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collect and analyze data related to sales promotions and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Support all aspects of marketing campaigns, including social media and in-store promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in cash handling and fuel transaction processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising principles and marketing strategies.
