Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Omni-Channel Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our in-store selling model and integrating it seamlessly with our digital strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring that every aspect of our brand standards, including merchandising and Planogram (POG) compliance, is met to elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by optimizing the in-store selling model, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Omni-Channel Integration: Implement and support our digital strategies, ensuring smooth operations across various fulfillment methods such as Ship-from-Store (SFS), Same-Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS).

Brand Standards Compliance: Maintain high standards in merchandising and POG execution to align with brand guidelines, ensuring that all products are presented effectively to maximize sales.

Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns that drive traffic both in-store and online.

Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance the customer journey, ensuring that the omni-channel fulfillment experience meets our customers’ needs promptly and efficiently.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic solutions that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field, with knowledge of omni-channel strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand standards and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and retail management systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and balance multiple priorities effectively.
