Job Title: Omni-Channel Sales and Merchandising Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Omni-Channel Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence through both in-store and online channels, ensuring that all brand standards are met and consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling Model Execution: Champion the in-store selling model while effectively integrating omni-channel strategies to create a seamless customer experience across all platforms.

• Brand Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to all brand standards, including visual merchandising and Planograms (POGs), to maintain an engaging and appealing shopping environment.

• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive traffic both online and in-store.

• Omni-Channel Fulfillment: Support and optimize all processes related to digital strategies, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Store Fulfillment Services (SFS), and Same-Day Delivery (SDD) to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization in both in-store and digital contexts.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store teams, digital marketing specialists, and inventory management to ensure alignment on goals and execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of omni-channel retailing and digital fulfillment processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
