Job Title: Omni-Channel Retail Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Omni-Channel Retail Specialist to enhance our in-store and online selling strategies. This role will ensure that all brand standards are met, encompassing merchandising, Planogram (POG) compliance, and marketing initiatives to optimize the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. In-Store Selling Model:

    • Drive sales performance by maximizing customer engagement and ensuring adherence to all brand merchandising standards.
    • Maintain Planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to create a compelling store environment.
    • Collaborate with store teams to implement effective marketing strategies and promotional displays.
  2. Omni-Channel Strategy:

    • Support the integration of digital strategies across all channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences whether shopping in-store or online.
    • Oversee omni-channel fulfillment processes including Ship-from-Store (SFS), Same-Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
    • Monitor fulfillment metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Continuous Improvement:

    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements and increased brand visibility.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative ideas for marketing and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in an omni-channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of digital tools to support omni-channel fulfillment.
