Job Title: Omni-Channel Sales Manager

Job Description:

As the Omni-Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand success through both in-store and digital selling strategies. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all brand standards, including merchandising, Planogram (POG) adherence, and marketing initiatives, are consistently met across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. In-Store Selling Model:

    • Oversee the execution of in-store merchandising and displays, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
    • Train and guide sales associates on product knowledge and effective selling techniques that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  2. Omni-Channel Integration:

    • Implement and optimize Omni-channel fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Same Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
    • Collaborate with digital teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
  3. Brand Standards Compliance:

    • Regularly assess and enforce compliance with brand guidelines, merchandising strategies, and promotional initiatives.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve store displays and marketing effectiveness.
  4. Digital Strategy Support:

    • Utilize tools and processes to support digital strategies, ensuring effective integration between online and offline sales.
    • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in both in-store and online shopping experiences.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and inventory management, to ensure cohesive execution of the Omni-channel strategy.
    • Foster strong relationships with store teams to motivate and engage staff in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management or sales, with a strong understanding of Omni-channel retailing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance metrics and develop strategic improvements.
  • Passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
