Job description: The Brand Standards Manager is responsible for ensuring that all brand standards are met within the retail environment, including merchandising, planograms (POGs), marketing initiatives, back room organization, and dress code adherence. This role serves as the main point of contact for all company processes, managing training, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. In addition, the Brand Standards Manager oversees all digital processes to support a seamless customer experience both in-store and online.
