Job Title: Omni-Channel Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Omni-Channel Sales Manager to enhance our in-store selling model and digital strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all brand standards are maintained, encompassing merchandising, Planogram (POG) compliance, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Store Sales Management: Drive sales performance by ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards in merchandising and visual presentation.

• Omni-Channel Strategy Implementation: Oversee and optimize Omni-channel fulfillment processes, including Ship from Store (SFS), Same Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) to enhance customer experience.

• Merchandising & Marketing Excellence: Ensure compliance with all brand merchandising standards and marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline in-store and online operations, enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborative Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and logistics, to create a seamless Omni-channel experience for customers.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in both in-store and digital sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably within an Omni-channel environment.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and brand standards.
• Familiarity with digital fulfillment strategies and emerging retail technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve sales and operations.
