Job Title: Omni-Channel Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Omni-Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through both in-store and online channels, ensuring that all brand standards are consistently met. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our merchandising strategies, including Planogram (POG) compliance and effective marketing initiatives to optimize the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Selling Model: Lead efforts to implement the in-store sales strategy, ensuring that all products are merchandised according to brand guidelines and that customer engagement strategies are in place to drive sales growth.

Omni-Channel Integration: Oversee the execution of Omni-channel fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Same Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS). Ensure that these digital strategies are effectively integrated into daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Brand Standards Compliance: Regularly review and ensure adherence to brand standards across all channels, fostering a consistent and appealing shopping experience for customers both in-store and online.

Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that resonate with our target audience and promote cross-channel shopping.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of various strategies, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor team members on Omni-channel processes and best practices to ensure that all staff are well-equipped to support our business goals.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions to optimize both in-store and online sales performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, with a strong focus on Omni-channel operations.

Proficient understanding of merchandising, marketing, and digital strategies.
