Position Overview:

This role involves conducting appraisals, managing store errands, and executing external marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Appraisals:

  • Conduct thorough appraisals of products and services to ensure accurate valuations.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain documentation and report findings.

• Store Errands:

  • Handle day-to-day errands, including inventory checks and supply orders, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with store staff to meet urgent demands and support sales initiatives.

• External Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Engage with community partners and local businesses to build relationships and enhance outreach.

• Performance Standards:

  • Work diligently to meet or exceed company performance targets.
  • Utilize analytical skills to monitor and report on market trends and business performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appraisals, retail, or marketing preferred.
