This will be done through enhancing our digital footprint, ensuring agent interaction with clients is compliant and making sure the ivari sales team is trained and have the best tools available to enhance our agents’ experience.You will…

  • Lead sales enablement through onboarding, training, and e-learning for ivari’s sales team influencing ivari’s digital experience to ensure positive interactions for agents by designing and implementing tools across digital platforms
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop messaging through social media, Spark on the Go (podcasts) ivari Presents and internal media
  • Lead and oversee the distribution compliance team, establishing metrics to track performance, and ensuring they are engaging with the field to provide relevant and impactful compliance training
  • Identify the impact of regulatory updates and change the sales/compliance approach as needed
  • Develop an agent experience that aligns with ivari’s goals and positions the company as a premier insurance provider Develop and implement a strategy that allows Sales Directors to leverage the Complex Sales Solution team’s knowledge base and develop strategies to drive profitable sales
  • Develop new events to maximize the dollars spent to increase the positive view of ivari
  • Develop and implement a strategy that allows Sales Directors to leverage the Underwriting consultant’s knowledge base and develop the fields knowledge to drive profitable sales

What we are looking for…

  • A university degree and or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and financial services, distribution and sales channels, and digital solutions as well as knowledge of product, marketing, sales, and operations
  • Strong leadership of various departments, operations, client services, underwriting, compliance, marketing and anyone with direct or indirect contact with agents
  • Deep understanding of the sales process both of ivari’s sales team and agents within our three channels: WFG, Greatway, and the MGA channel
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong people leader
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
