Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and/or Health Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in elevating our organization’s presence in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute external marketing strategies aimed at enhancing relationships with referral sources and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Health Services Administrator to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales plan tailored to our organization’s strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external referral sources to ensure a consistent flow of potential clients and partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth and to refine marketing approaches.
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively highlight our services and values, utilizing various channels including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management to inform future strategies.
• Lead outreach efforts through networking, attending industry events, and organizing informational sessions to promote our services and engage with potential referral sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably within the healthcare or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
