Job Description: Sales Process Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our sales operations by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and marketing specialists. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless and effective sales process that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gain insights on product features and benefits, enabling the sales team to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Work alongside the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral that support the sales process and drive lead generation.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implementation strategies accordingly.
• Facilitate regular communication between sales, engineering, product management, and marketing to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain sales process documentation and training materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with CRM software or sales tools is a plus.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, driven by results.
