What Will You Work On?
As the AD, eCommerce and Non-Travel Rewards, you will oversee the eCommerce Merchandising strategy for our Reward portfolio and are accountable for achieving the redemption and profitability objectives. As we evolve our eCommerce strategy, you will be a key player in bringing best-in-class thinking with the skills and experience to deliver a compelling eCommerce experience to our Collectors. Success in the role will require a strong leader that can deliver results in a fast-paced environment, can effectively develop and coach a team, and leads by example in cross-functional collaboration.
How Will You Create Impact?
- Accountable for defining and executing the overall online merchandising strategy to achieve redemption targets (sales), conversion goals, assortment productivity, and profitability of Merchandise, Digital, and Experience Rewards.
- Perform ongoing analysis of the business, providing insights on new ways to drive sales and profitability, including analysis on pricing, costing, competitors, and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with various cross functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Analytics, Buying/Logistics to create a compelling online shopping experience for Merchandise, Digital, and Experience Rewards
- Ensure our marketing plans and growth targets are supported with inventory through collaborating with our buying team
- Ideate and explore partnerships for new Reward categories.
- Manage relationships and day-to-day oversight with 3rd Party partners
- Partner with Data & Analytics team and with direct reports to conduct business performance analysis that will drive future decision making on assortment, pricing, promotional calendar.
- Prepare materials for regular business updates, projects, and proposals for internal/external stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop talent on the eCommerce Merchandising team
Let’s Talk About You:
- Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising or retail category management is required, with proven knowledge of category management process and developing action plans to grow sales and profitability
- Have a strong working knowledge and passion for digital retail landscape.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently identify and drive growth opportunities through to execution
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point) and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes and additional software/web-based applications

Our COVID-19 Response
