Location : Airdrie, ABResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Client team for organizing all workshops discussions stakeholder connects
Regular reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early
Exp in leading a team of 25 member
Exp in Salesforce implementation team management external client interaction
Implement project management quality assurance and control procedures
Work to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition
Work closely with architects technical teams Business analysts to deliver project scope on time on budget and with high quality deliverables
Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality
Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates project budgets and timelines
Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required including quality plans issues and action logs risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment
Lead the delivery team drive desired professional behaviours and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
Ensure business and assignment risks are identified monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
Should have proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology
Conduct status monitoring and reporting
Ensure timely delivery of milestones
Track Monitor and report key metrics on projects
Should understand Quality process and implementing them in projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Risk management periodic review of project risks and people risk and development of mitigating strategies
Create sprint backlog if any conduct daily scrum
Initiate escalations as appropriate
Ensure project is executed as per the right methodologyRequired Qualifications and Background
Salesforce certifications Sales Service Cloud
Excellent communication skills written verbal and interactive when online
Minimum Scrum Master certification
Active in the Salesforce community
Bachelors Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business Computer Science Marketing Finance or a similar field of studyKnowledge Skills and Abilities Required
