Position Title: Stakeholder Collaboration Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stakeholder Collaboration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Program Management, and Communications, to develop effective collateral that articulates compelling business cases and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather insights and requirements for collateral development.
• Create clear and persuasive materials that effectively communicate program objectives and business cases.
• Ensure that all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
• Assist in the integration of cross-functional inputs to enhance the impact of presentations, reports, and marketing documents.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of collateral that resonates with targeted audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of collateral materials and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development, or a related field from an accredited university is required.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
