Purolator is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, resolving inquiries, and processing transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and shipment tracking
– Process customer transactions and payments
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
