This role is ideal for someone who can confidently apply core research methods and is eager to grow their skills in broader methodologies. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver insights that improve user experience.What you’ll do:Independently conduct usability tests, user interviews, and other basic studiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals and execute studiesCreate research plans, discussion guides, and usability reportsSynthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendationsSupport participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentive distributionMaintain research documentation, templates, and best practicesWhat you’ll bring:1–2 years of UX research or similar experience (post-internship)Confident in applying core qualitative methods (e.g., usability testing)Familiar with broader methods and tools (e.g., journey mapping, card sorting)Able to manage multiple small to mid-sized research projects with some guidanceStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliar with tools like UserTesting, Maze, Figma, and MS OfficeNice to Have:Exposure to mixed-methods researchProficiency in French (written and/or spoken)Please note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
