Job Title: Implementation and Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation and Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing implementation plans and operationalizing initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with key departments, including Clinical Affairs, Finance, Marketing, and Budget Management, to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Implementation Plans: Create comprehensive and strategic implementation plans for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Operationalize Initiatives: Lead the execution of initiatives, translating strategies into actionable operations that drive results across departments.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical Affairs to ensure clinical compliance, partner with Finance to monitor budgets and resource allocation, and liaise with Marketing to promote new initiatives effectively.

• Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of operationalized initiatives, using key performance indicators to assess success and identify areas of improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate communication, address concerns, and encourage collaboration throughout the initiative lifecycle.

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, outcomes, and lessons learned, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and operations within a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
