This program seeks to attract and develop high-achieving individuals from all backgrounds including, but not limited to those who self-identify as: female, LGBTQ+, military veteran, disabled, first-generation college student, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and/or Native American students. However, all sophomores, regardless of background, who are interested in exploring opportunities at Barclays are encouraged to apply.Investment BankingEvery day, corporations worldwide come to Barclays for our banking expertise. We help drive global commerce by providing comprehensive financial, advisory, and capital-raising services.
