Job Description: Store Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of key areas within the store, including restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break area. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and appearance of the store by ensuring these spaces are well-maintained and inviting for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Regularly clean and restock restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and employee break area to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment.
• Merchandise Resets: Assist in completing merchandise resets and planograms, following company guidelines to ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing.
• Marketing Support: Participate in marketing initiatives by helping prepare and implement promotional displays, ensuring that marketing materials are current and effectively presented.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment, assisting where needed in various operational tasks.
