As the Email & CRM Coordinator, you will work hand in hand with the CRM and Email Marketing Manager and help support the marketing activities for a portfolio of games across multiple platforms (PC & console) and regions. These products include our flagship game Dead by Daylight, as well as several unannounced titles.

Primary responsibilities will be management of our audiences as well as building segments for each of our titles and programs based on profiles, trends and interests. You will also be responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution, and analyses of email marketing programs in order to drive profitable business growth and build brand awareness. Your success will be measured across many criteria, including deliverability, segmentation, open rates, CTRs, lead stage conversion, and email-influenced revenue.

In this role you will :

  • Work with the Email and CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-base growth tactics.
  • Develop audience segments and manage the segments with respect to industry best practices and customer data. This includes updating and managing audience data as trends evolve.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure audience segments are shared across our CRM platform and updated regularly
  • Lead overall production and execution of email marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Email and CRM Manager and other Marketing team members.
  • Use internal resources to monitor, identify, and report on audiences and segment trends to drive lead generation, sales, retention, and engagement.
  • Work with internal creative services to create and manage an email content production pipeline.
  • Improve email campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and measuring variables related to behaviors and customer journey.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations to drive overall business objectives.
  • Ensure emails follow regional regulations, industry policies and best practices.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain IP reputation and work with IT team to troubleshoot any issues.

What we’re looking for :

  • A bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience;
  • 2-3 years’ work experience as an Email Marketing Coordinator;
  • Hands on experience with content management (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems;
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
