Job Description:

TalentWorld is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative, to join their client’s team in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and other stakeholders while working within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answering inbound calls and providing support to clients
– Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
– Documenting all customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner
– Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
– Working collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
– Contributing to process improvements and enhancing overall customer experience

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
